New owner of IV-MP

IV-MP is now owned by Jack Powell.

Jack has a lot of experience with multiplayer mod development. He is the owner and lead developer of GTA Connected and it's sister project Mafia Connected, both are multiplayer modifications for multiple Grand Theft Auto and Mafia games. Some of the team members from those projects will also be joining Jack in helping manage and develop IV-MP.
