Could we switch away from phpBB?

phpBB isn't very secure (and it doesn't really look that good, especially with this 'flat style' design) and I believe that we should move away from it to something else like Flarum, nodeBB or Discourse. What do you all think?

Could you explain why it would be “unsecure”?
