[Beta]Client 13.2 & Server 11.2

Client
Added TeamSpeak voice support.
Enabled a smarter shooting sync detection that automatically compensate for ping,
Changed how bullets are fired to make the sync look closer to what the shooter is doing,
Improved the name tag centering and updated it to a faster version.
+logs from 13.1

Server changes
Updated vehicle streaming to use a lot less CPU,
Added bone detection to events onPlayerHealthChange and armorChange,
Added the "auto_blip_tags" configuration to either block or allow automatic blip / name tag creation,
Added some NPC functions to the LUA API.

Beta server 11.4 Udate
Fixed a streamer issue from patch 11.3 causing vehicles to remain spawned for the client indefinatly,
Added function setEntityStreamDistance
Added configuration "gen_crash_dump".

Linux server support
We will release a IV:MP Server for Linux 64 bit after the current Beta testing is over. This should allow our users to host servers for considerable less money.
