Crashes after loading

I'd really love to play IV-MP, but when I start the launcher, the game goes through the opening intro and then crashes. Other than Script Hook (and dsound if that counts), I don't have any mods. I have Microsoft Visual 2017 and I also have version 1.1.2.0 of EFLC. I'm not sure why this is happening. I've tried running it as administrator. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit and my paul.dll has been disabled. Any help is appreciated.

Please upload the Client.log file and any .dmp file inside the comMP folder.

"the game goes through the opening intro and then crashes" - Rockstar intros or the TBOGT intros while the game is loading?

The client log reads:

I couldn't find any .dmp files in comMP.
Also, the game crashes after the Rockstar intro.

Have you tried using Xliveless yet? I would give it a shoot instead of using dsound.

I replaced dsound with Xliveless but got the same results. It still crashes right after the Rockstar logo.
