The coords will be available on IPL map files. You can convert the door name to model hash using the OpenIV Hash Converter tool.

It's impossible to spawn any type of TLAD content because GTA only loads the content of the episode being played.

This function is triggered when the player respawns after dying
As for the other issue try to give the weapon and health before changing the skin or make use of a timer.

The spawn position is set individually as demonstrated in the Wiki. Later on the RE-SPAWN position can be updated using the setPlayerRespawnPos function.

Not exactly per player but a list of players for which the checkpoint can be streamed to.

This issue was addressed on patch 5. We should have a better solution for this on patch 12.
